Provide detailed reports to the Landscape & Turf Specialist on landscape maintenance matters, covering trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, and aquatic plants.
Support the development and execution of a maintenance plan in line with international standards for golf course landscapes.
Manage and control the budget for landscape maintenance and projects effectively.
Plan, organize, schedule, deploy, and train the Course Superintendent, Workshop & Equipment team, Groundsmen, and Landscape Course Supervisors.
Assist in tree inspections across the property to ensure health and aesthetic appeal.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
Assist with administrative tasks for the horticulture and turf departments.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Landscape, Biology or equivalent
Experience
2 years of relevant experience in horticulture
Experience in event plant display, both with real and artificial plants
Skills & Knowledge
Possess knowledge and experience in landscape and design.
Good botanical knowledge
Proactive
Eyes for details
Good Communication skills
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Possess leadership qualities with good interpersonal skill
