Responsibilities

• Provide detailed reports to the Landscape & Turf Specialist on landscape maintenance matters, covering trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, and aquatic plants.
• Support the development and execution of a maintenance plan in line with international standards for golf course landscapes.
• Manage and control the budget for landscape maintenance and projects effectively.
• Plan, organize, schedule, deploy, and train the Course Superintendent, Workshop & Equipment team, Groundsmen, and Landscape Course Supervisors.
• Assist in tree inspections across the property to ensure health and aesthetic appeal.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the horticulture and turf departments.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Landscape, Biology or equivalent

Experience

• 2 years of relevant experience in horticulture
• Experience in event plant display, both with real and artificial plants

Skills & Knowledge

• Possess knowledge and experience in landscape and design. 
• Good botanical knowledge
• Proactive
• Eyes for details 
• Good Communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Possess leadership qualities with good interpersonal skill
