Responsibilities

  • Provide service in accordance with the procedures and standards set by the F&B Department.
  • Possess strong knowledge of all service techniques.
  • Ensure all pre-opening and closing duties are completed on schedule each day.
  • Ensure all stations are always prepared for service.
  • Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness of cutlery.
  • Be highly familiar with menu items.
  • Motivate staff to maintain a positive and cheerful attitude.
  • Be responsible for processing all payments.
  • Present bills in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Consolidate all feedback received and report results to supervisors for action.
  • Resolve issues appropriately and in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Be well-versed in Club rules, procedures, and operating hours.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum “O” Levels and equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Exposure in hotel and club industry is an advantage.

Requirements

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Skills & Knowledge

  • Pleasant and service oriented
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese language
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in managing and using POS system
