Provide service in accordance with the procedures and standards set by the F&B Department.
Possess strong knowledge of all service techniques.
Ensure all pre-opening and closing duties are completed on schedule each day.
Ensure all stations are always prepared for service.
Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness of cutlery.
Be highly familiar with menu items.
Motivate staff to maintain a positive and cheerful attitude.
Be responsible for processing all payments.
Present bills in an appropriate and timely manner.
Consolidate all feedback received and report results to supervisors for action.
Resolve issues appropriately and in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
Be well-versed in Club rules, procedures, and operating hours.
Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Minimum “O” Levels and equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
Exposure in hotel and club industry is an advantage.
Requirements

Pleasant and service oriented
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Bilingual in both English and Chinese language

Experience in managing and using POS system
