This annual friendly inter-club match promises not only a thrilling display of golfing prowess but also serves as a platform for old friends to renew ties and for new friendships to be forged between the two clubs. 

In addition to the Inter-Club Match, Members have the opportunity to play on four exceptional 18-hole championship golf courses, enjoying a total of 3 Social Golf Games at Sheshan International Golf Club, Shanghai Links Golf & Country Club, and Enhance Anting Golf Club.

PACKAGE EXCLUDES:

• Round trip air tickets, visa, local travel insurance and other documentation fees
• Any extension and deviation from the itinerary
• Daily lunch and dinner unless otherwise stated in the itinerary
• Caddie fees
• Free-and-Easy travel / sightseeing / shopping not stated in the itinerary
• Golf tipping on own expense
• All other expenses of personal nature (airport / hotel porter(s), laundry, phone calls, extra golf game, tip for caddies / golf coordinator / driver, etc.)

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Members who participated in the Home Leg of the TMCC-Sheshan Inter-Club match 2023 have priority for the Away Leg of the Inter-Club match at Sheshan International Golf Club in 2024.

Registration will close on Thursday, 30 November 2023.

A ballot will be conducted on Friday, 1 December 2023 for Members who did not participate in the Home Leg of the TMCC-Sheshan Inter-Club match 2023 in determining the allocation of the remaining slots. Decision of the ballot is final, and no disputes shall be regarded.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Members who participated in the Home Leg of the TMCC-Sheshan Inter-Club match 2023 have priority for the Away Leg of the Inter-Club match at Sheshan International Golf Club in 2024.

• This golf tour is only for golfers, exclusive to TMCC Members only.  

• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars based on a minimum of 24 golfers. A new package price will be advised if group size decreases.

• Members are required to complete and submit the e-registration form by clicking on the registration button. Registrations received via emails, SMS, or any other communication platforms will not be considered

• Registration commences on Wednesday, 15 November 2023 and will close on Thursday, 30 November 2023.

• A ballot will be conducted on Friday, 1 December 2023 for Members who did not participate in the Home Leg of the TMCC-Sheshan Inter-Club match 2023 in determining the allocation of the remaining slots. Decision of the ballot is final, and no disputes shall be regarded.

• Registration entry for Member and Spouse is considered as one (1) ballot.

• Members who are successful with the ballot and wish to cancel must notify Marketing Department in writing to [email protected] by Friday, 15 December 2023.

• 50% deposit will be charged to Members’ account after the closing date.  

• In the event of cancellation, charges shall apply as follows:

• Members who are confirmed to be participating in the Sheshan-TMCC Inter-Club Match 2024 will be required to complete and submit the Personal Particulars & Indemnity Form.

• Itineraries and timings are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the Club’s control. 

• Any deviation from the itinerary during the golf tour is not permitted.

• No refunds claimable on any cancellation of golf game(s) by golfer(s) for all golf packages. 

• Any plans to arrive earlier and/or depart later than the stipulated tour period (Sunday, 14 April 2024 to Saturday, 20 April 2024), transportation arrangements and any other related cost / expenses shall be arranged and borne by the Member.

• Members booking air tickets from other airlines must follow recommended flight timings for available airport transfers.

• A tour briefing will be conducted for confirmed participants prior to the trip.

• Confirmed participants will receive a detailed itinerary and tour information regarding Sheshan-TMCC Inter-Club Match nearer to date.

• Tanah Merah Country Club (TMCC) acts as an agent for services provided by parties and cannot be held liable for any disputes, alterations, acts, or omissions on the part of those providing services listed in this tour package or any other services incidental thereto. 

• TMCC and other parties shall be under no obligation or liability to any person as a result of any inaccuracy, mis-description or changes to the itinerary or for losses or additional expenses due to strike, war, quarantine or other causes. 

• TMCC and other parties involved in this event shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury however and by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring by any ground transfers or property used or utilised by TMCC. 

• TMCC reserves the right to amend, append, correct any error or omissions of information at any time.
